Life Is More Delicious When You Eat Seaweed

Sookhi is a playful and energetic person, who has been a lover of Yoga for more than 10 years. She lived in India for many years to thoroughly study the ancient philosophy, where she completed her Yoga diploma. She has also recently adopted a spark for Triathlon which she incorporates in her daily routine whilst travelling and sharing around the globe.

I love doing Triathlon, and Yoga

I’m driven by the feeling of expansion and growth. Always progressing, and to never stop learning. I couldn’t leave India until I felt I had gone deep into Yoga. Like most things in my life, I am often a dog with a bone, who won’t give up easily.

I’m a naughty foodie who loves to try most foods. However, I try to be as careful as possible when choosing where the food has come from. And obviously I love seaweed and healthy benefits of seaweed.

I’ve learnt small baby changes can make a world of difference. For example, starting off with a small walk can soon progress to a short run, or even having a glass of water before each meal can make you feel much better on a daily basis.

Training always makes me smile, I love the feeling of being sweaty after a session, and all the endorphins are flooding my body.
I also love being in nature where the vastness of the ocean, or mountains sweeps me away.
